7-Day Replacement Policy

At Fredbee, we take extreme care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer a simple and hassle-free 7-day replacement policy in partnership with Amazon and our logistics partners.

Eligibility: You can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery if:
  • Product is physically damaged or broken
  • Product is defective (not working as intended)
  • Wrong product delivered (different from what you ordered)
  • Missing accessories or parts

Record Unboxing Video

Film a clear, continuous video while opening the package. This is mandatory for all claims.

Provide your order ID, photos/video of the issue, and delivery slip.

Free Pickup

Our team arranges a reverse pickup within 2-3 business days at no cost.

Replacement Processed

After inspection, replacement is shipped within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping

If the product is eligible for replacement, return shipping is completely free. Our courier partner will pick up the product from your address. Please ensure the product is in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.

Refund Process

In cases where a replacement is not available (discontinued or out of stock), we will offer a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. The amount will be credited to your original payment method (cards, UPI, net banking, or Amazon Pay).

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or replacements for the following cases:

  • Change of mind — Product doesn't fit your taste or preference
  • Installation issues — Please refer to our user manuals or YouTube setup guides
  • Product not as expected (size, color, sound signature) — Check product videos and descriptions before ordering
  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or electrical issues — Warranty covers manufacturing defects only
  • Missing original packaging or accessories
Important: Without an unboxing video, we cannot process replacement claims. Please make sure to record a clear, continuous video before opening any package.

Warranty vs Replacement

Please understand the difference between our 7-day replacement policy and 2-year warranty:

7-Day Replacement: For damaged, defective, or wrong products reported within 7 days of delivery. Free pickup and replacement/refund.
2-Year Warranty: For manufacturing defects that appear after 7 days but within 2 years from purchase. Warranty covers repair or replacement at our service center (shipping charges may apply for sending the product to us). Read full warranty terms

If you purchased your Fredbee product from Amazon.in, please initiate the return/replacement directly through your Amazon account. Fredbee is an Amazon Best Seller with a 10+ year track record — Amazon handles the pickup and refund/replacement process as per their policy. You can also contact us for assistance with your Amazon order.
