• Prices displayed on our website are for online purchases only and may differ from retail store prices.
• We strive to ensure accurate pricing, but errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders.
• Discount offers, coupon codes, and promotional pricing are subject to specific terms and validity periods.

📦 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you within 2 business days and offer a replacement, backorder, or full refund.

Orders & Payment

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Free shipping on all orders of ₹150 and above.
• Estimated delivery times: 2-8 business days depending on location.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

Returns, Replacement & Warranty

Our Returns & Replacement Policy and Warranty Policy are incorporated into these Terms. By purchasing from Fredbee, you agree to:

• 7-Day Replacement: For damaged, defective, or wrong products reported within 7 days of delivery with unboxing video.
• 2-Year Warranty: For manufacturing defects discovered after 7 days but within 24 months from purchase.
• Returns due to "change of mind" are not accepted.
• Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.

User Accounts & Conduct

To place an order, you may create an account on our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree not to:
